Match report - Ben (wk) had to leave due to his family emergency before tea. The part time wicket keeper struggled to keep on Bushey's pitch. 25 byes and 6 drop catches costed us the game.
- Unlucky Bilal, as those 6 drop catches, if were taken, could have given him at least 8 wickets and we would have won comfortably.
- Last, but not the least, we desperately missed our 3rd team's club umpire in this game (Arthur, from last year) as he would have challenged the opponent umpire and given fair decisions in the spirit of the game. A clean caught behind of an MTSCC batsman who scored 54 runs (when he was batting on just 12 runs) was ignored by the opponent team's umpire. Simply poor cricket by the opponents.
