Match report Batting highlights:
1. Stanmore had a turbulent start due to uneven bounce at Bushey wicket. As the team was determined, we managed to score 50 runs in 15 overs for only one wicket, thanks to mature batting from Qadeer (22 runs) and Sudip (18 runs).

2. However, we were 70 for 5 wickets in no time due to lack of focus and poor shot selection by players.

3. In that pressure situation, Jaslok (23 runs), Anil (41 runs - not out) and Shanaka (32 runs) played exceptionally well.

4. Match winning 7th wicket partnership of 75 runs between Anil and Shanaka helped Stanmore to put a total of 195 runs.


Bowling Highlights:
1. Bilal, even though fasting, bowled fast paced. With his consistent line and length and disciplined efforts, his figures were: 8-1-19-4.
2. Great bowling by Anil who took 3 wickets in his 8 overs.
3. Excellent line and length by all bowlers. Top drawer performance!


It was a convincing win for Stanmore. Great effort by the entire team. Top bowling performance! However, Middle Order Batting could be an improvement area!

Man of the Match from Stanmore: Shared between Anil Patel (for his fantastic all-round performance) and Bilal Ganai (for his best spell of the season with 4 wickets).
