Match report A Friendly to finish off the last couple of matches of the season. This one against Pinner U15B Squad.
We were concerned about the weather, but easily managed to get in the match.
We lost the toss and took to the field. Ground fielding was disappointing, as many balls trundled to the boundary via wide open legs. Bowling was also a bit disappointing; 21 byes, 25 wides, 12 no balls.
Batting was better, with SAM GOODMAN scoring 22 and CAPTAIN KEERTHIGAN scoring 20 Not Out. We managed to score 79 from the bat, whereas Pinner scored 58. The rest of their runs were kindly given to them by us!
So, another defeat, but another Friendly to look forward to next Wednesday.
