The Stanmore Cricket Club Lost by 50 runs

Match report A disappointing match for us, especially in the fielding department. We lost by 50 runs. Although we had a few debutants and one of their boys scored more than half of their runs!
We started off tightly; ROHAN BHARADIA, CAPTAIN CHUDASAMA and MARC HILL bowled well. However, once their top scorer got going, we struggled in the middle section. Overs 9, 10 and 11 went for 17, 17 , 16 !! So 50 runs from 3 overs !!
We also ended the innings reasonably tightly. At least we took some catches!
Batting was not really a problem. VIRESH KANAKARATNAM top scored with 24. CAPTAIN CHUDASAMA continued his excellent running between the wickets, as did KARNAN SEMBIAN. We finshed on 93 - 8.
