Match report Not warm, dark, then a bit damp, then raining and then dry and cold, but we still got the game in.
CAPTAIN CHUDASAMA won the toss and chose to bat, as the outfield was slippery, the grass was short and zippy due to the damp and it would dry for us to field.
We decided on 15 overs per side, due to the inclement weather. We scored a respectable 81 from our share of overs, with the loss of 7 wickets. A reasonable score to defend.
But, oh dear. We did not bowl well and did not field all that well and Lohana B, although losing a very early wicket, reached 82 in the tenth over.
So a defeat in our last League match, but more Friendlies to come.
