Match report A far, far better fielding performance and a great bowling display allowed the Under 13B's to take their victory (of many) this season. Batting first and being 9-3 off 3 overs helped by giving Pinner the air of over confidence. However, Raeman Banaik steadied the ship and stayed for about 12 overs. Rohan Mapara decided then that there was no point hanging about and smashed 33, in a 50 run partnership with Raeman.
Last week, the scoresheet did not have enough room to count the wides that we gave away. This week the space was too big! Only 12 runs in ALL extras this week. We never let them build a partnership and took wickets regularly. Romin started it off, Vishay took 2 and bowled well and Raeman took 3-10. A much, much better performance this week and something to build on with our first away match next week.
