The Stanmore Cricket Club Est. 1853
 
 

Established in 1853, Stanmore Cricket Club celebrated 150 years of existence in 2003. The club is one of the oldest institutions in the North West of London.

Stanmore CC prides itself on the friendly atmosphere, excellent facilities and a comfortable clubhouse and her verry close proximity to the Stanmore Underground station.

The club welcomes new members of all levels to maintain the high standards set by the past players.

Currently the club boasts a membership of over 300 (including junior members), who combine to form a very strong unit of players in the respective levels of the game. With the individual commitment and ardent support all round, Stanmore Cricket Club continues to be a strong outfit in the Middlesex county cricket league.

The Test Players
 
 
The club has nurtured and produced many Test and County Cricketers of excellent quality throughout the years. The two famous servants to have played Tests for England in the recent past are Angus Fraser and Mark Ramprakash and are still keen to don the flannels for the club when free.
